We process all common elastomer compounds in a wide range of Shore hardnesses through to specific high-performance elastomers with approvals for the drinking water, food and medical sectors and combinations thereof.
In contrast to dimensionally stable plastics, moulded rubber parts allow the greatest possible freedom of design, as even difficult contours with undercuts can be easily demoulded due to the good elongation properties of the elastomer compounds. Our ZORGE production sites all have state-of-the-art machinery that enables the production of everything from precise micro rubber parts to very large-volume moulded rubber parts.
